Learn about your energy field and understand the basics of energy medicine. We will learn how energy work and Reiki can help you tap into your innate energy body. Learn how to set boundaries with your field. We are learning how to have ownership over our energy field.
Chakra Energetics
We review the chakras and introduce you to the activations. You’ll begin to experience how chakra work can shift long-held patterns, limiting beliefs, and emotions.
Introduction to Mindfulness Practice
Learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation. We will learn how to develop “observer mind” and equanimity. This will help guide you in your spiritual practices, such as connecting with a spirit guide, and also help the nervous system drop into deep relaxation.
Like-Minded Community on Monthly Calls
Join a monthly Zoom call or listen to the recording. We will cover a different topic each month, and each call with have an energy work experience, spiritual exploration topic, or meditation practice.
