Guided relaxation group session for nervous system relief. Wonderful team building to alleviate stress, burnout and overwhelm.

​Learn the foundation of self-care by tuning into the body. Establishing the mind-body connection allows us to listen and care for ourselves, investing in our long-term health and combating chronic stress-related disease. The practice is based on the science of mindfulness based stress-reduction techniques (MBSR), and supporting the nervous system.
