Mother’s Day Meditation + Reiki Gathering
This event is hosted at Funktional Kinections in Fort Worth—a wonderful adaptive gym and wellness space.
This is a gentle space to receive, soften, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to give today—you get to receive. This is open to everyone—no matter your relationship to motherhood or where you are in life. All are welcome here.
Together, we’ll slow down and settle into a calm, supportive environment where you can simply rest.
What to expect:
A guided meditation for deep relaxation
You may receive gentle Reiki energy work as you rest
Quiet time for personal reflection and intention-setting
A warm, welcoming group space (no experience needed)
This gathering is open to everyone—not only mothers, but anyone who feels called to pause and receive. Mother’s Day can hold many emotions: love, gratitude, tenderness, or even complexity. Whatever this day holds for you, you are welcome here.
During our time together, we’ll gently open the heart, honor the women who came before us, and reconnect with the nurturing energy within ourselves. You’ll be invited to reflect on what you want to carry forward—and what you’re ready to release, at your own pace.
There is nothing you need to share or do—just come as you are.
Each guest will also receive a small goodie bag with chocolate and a crystal as a little celebration of you.
