Where does your energy end and someone else’s begin? Join Suzanne Holmes, Reiki Master & Energy Work Practitioner, for an class rooted in Energy Medicine exploring energetic boundaries, cords, and the ways we connect with the energy around us.
We’ll begin by turning inward and learning to feel and recognize your own energetic field your personal “energy bubble.” Through guided practice, you’ll become familiar with the boundaries of your field, identify what feels like you, and practice releasing energy that doesn’t feel like it belongs there. Rather than approaching energetic protection from a place of fear, this practice is about becoming comfortable within your own energy and learning to honor and care for it
From there, we’ll explore energetic cords the connections we form with people, experiences, relationships, and situations throughout our lives. Not every cord needs to be cut! We’ll discuss the differences between cutting, clearing, and closing cords, when each practice may be appropriate, and how to approach them intentionally.
Throughout the workshop, Suzanne will lead several brief guided meditations and energetic exercises so you can experience these practices for yourself rather than simply learning about them.
