What we will cover in this Energy Workshop:
– Learn how to feel your energetic field and build its strength (drawing on principles and exercises from Qi Gong, the subtle energy body, and Jeffrey Allen's energy medicine teachings). The core principle is that you have sovereignty over your energy field- YOU get to decide what is welcome into your energetic field. This is beautiful for stress relief and soothing the nervous system. You can release responsibility for taking on the emotions of others. What does it feel like to simply inhabit YOUR energy field?
– We will talk about cord-cutting and how to decide with whom we cut cords. We naturally have energetic cords with loved ones and those in our inner circle. You may want to cut cords with anyone outside your close-knit circle that may be drawing on your attention, draining your energy subtly, or not so subtly. Cord-cutting is not an unkind thing to do. It is simply practicing your energetic sovereignty. You may wish that person well and hope for their highest good, but they can no longer drain your energy, and you will no longer take on relational emotions that weigh you down.
– We will CLEAR (not cut) the energetic lines with our loved ones and those with whom we have ongoing relationships in a beautiful cord clearing practice. You will be led to clear these lines of debris, old baggage or emotional turmoil. We will also CLOSE the lines temporarily to help you rest.
You have the right to energetic sovereignty, and now you'll have the tools to practice it. At its heart, this workshop is about truly nurturing the self. From that place, you can responsibly and healthily show up for others with love and presence.
