Chakra Journey: A Guided Experience for Energy & Alignment
Are you ready to shift old patterns and activate your energy centers to support you?
This series is an invitation to explore your energetic anatomy through a blend of education and experiential chakra activations. At each event in this series, we focus on two specific chakras. In our closing event, we will finish with the crown chakra and integrate all the pathways.
The Experience
In each session, Suzanne (Healing Home Reiki) will guide you into your energy centers using:
Guided Visualizations: Enhanced with sound healing and specific affirmations to awaken the chakras.
Sacred Space: Time dedicated to reflection and grounding to integrate your shifts into your daily life.

Week 1 (March 15): The Foundations — Root & Sacral Chakras (Grounding, Security, Inspiration & Creative Flow)
Week 2 (April 11): The Supportive Center — Solar Plexus & Heart (Confidence, Love & Worthiness)
Week 3 (May 24): Upper Centers of Perception— Throat & 3rd Eye (Authenticity, Self-Expression, Intuition & Inner Knowing )
Week 4 (June 28): Divine Connection & Integration — Crown Chakras and the Yin & Yang Pathways to connect the feminine chraka pathway and the masculine chakra pathway. This integrates all of the chakras together and helps them all work together.
